The food was ok but nothing special. (Indian curry with chicken + spaghetti Quattro Formaggi) The ambience, however, was very nice and the non-alcoholic cocktails were very tasty (Banana Cream + Shining Kangaroo + Strawberry Kiss)

The service from wait staff to waiting times can be compared to a café in Oberbarmen and does not meet the expectations and conditions in the area. First of all, these aren't real waiters. Meanwhile, the male waiters turn on women. That's not right. The café offers great options, but they are misused. The problem is, I think, that the café is fully utilized due to the huge extension of the terrace and that the kitchen cannot keep up with the large number of orders and customers. This limit must be recognized by the operator so that there is a regular process, and not just think about your wallet (cheap waiters, many tables). Because at some point if, for example, the weather doesn't play along or something, customers will jump off there because a certain limit has been reached! However, this limit has long been reached. I don't know if you can expand the kitchen or just cut a few places! It cannot be that food is offered and one waits over 30 minutes for the food before waiting another 10 minutes to order! At the moment the strategy looks like this: quantity instead of quality. And that doesn't last long.

A shop without a system especially this boss treats customers and employees like dogs! Been there 4 times and would not recommend anyone who unnecessarily wrote to and humiliates their employees in front of all the customers and a full store, the whole customer is not a real store operator! Long time ago my last visit to this cafe (20 years). At that time, the shop was great and I think the operator could pass on its service qualities from back then. More attention - Greet first friendly - card enough - To take an order... So you can always gain some time for an overview ?. Apparently it depends on the time of day. In the evening there is more "Neumarkt" atmosphere. Well After waiting about 45 minutes for service I left the terrace.
